OPINION & ORDER
ROSS, District Judge:
On November 16, 2005, the government filed an amended verified complaint in rem against various properties seeking civil forfeiture pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 881. On December 16, 2005, claimant Ronald Young (“claimant” or “Young”) filed a claim of interest in those properties. Although Young was represented at the time he filed his claim, he is currently proceeding pro se in this action.
