MEMORANDUM OPINION
WILLIAM R. SAWYER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This Adversary Proceeding is before the Court on cross-motions for summary judgment. (Docs. 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22). Plaintiff Charles Coon, the Debtor in the underlying bankruptcy case, seeks a determination that amounts owed his former spouse pursuant to a divorce decree are not alimony, not entitled to priority and therefore dischargeable.
