Julie Barthels appeals from a judgment of conviction for sexual assault against a child contrary to sec. 940.225(1)(d), Stats. (1987-88), 1 and an order denying postconviction relief. She raises two issues on appeal. First, she contends that the trial court's granting of the state's mistrial request after the first jury was sworn violated her constitutional protection against double jeopardy.
