This contested matter is before the Court on the motion for turnover (“Motion”) (Doc. 28) and objection to exemption (“Objection”) (Doc. 38) filed by Thomas McK. Hazlett, the Chapter 7 trustee (“Hazlett” or “Trustee”) of the bankruptcy estates of Lawrence Edward Street (“Lawrence”) and Chrystal L. Street (“Chrystal”) (jointly, “Debtors”).
