CHRISTIAN, Judge.
The offense is possession of intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale; the punishment confinement in the penitentiary for one year.
Appellant lived on a thirty acre farm. Immediately south of his house was a garage. South of the garage and within a few feet of it, was an enclosure of land which was a part of appellant’s farm. Operating under a purported search warrant, officers searched the enclosure referred to and found therein, buried in the ground, about eight gallons of whiskey.
