At the appropriate time counsel for defendant submitted a motion for a judgment of nonsuit and at the close of all the testimony requested the court to direct the jury to return a verdict in favor of defendant. These requests were denied. The proposition thus raised is the pivotal question in the case. Several exceptions were saved to the ruling of the court relating to the introduction of testimony but in so far as they are deemed important they hinge upon the main issue.
