WILBUR, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from an order of the District Court in bankruptcy taking jurisdiction of the property of Josephine Welsh and enjoining the appellant, Margaret Collins, from proceeding in the state court to enforce a judgment by execution, all in pursuance of and in accordance with the provisions of sect¡on 74 of the Bankruptcy Act, as added by Act March 3, 1933, § 1 (see n USCA § 202).
