This matter is before the Court on a Motion for Class Certification filed by Plaintiff Jim Young (“Mr. Young”). [DE 32, 33.] Defendant Fortis Plastics, LLC (“Fortis”), opposes certification of the Plaintiffs proposed class and subclass.1 [DE 42.] Mr. Young filed a reply in support of his motion.
