This case now comes up on the petition oí intervention of P. A. Buell & Oo. and the other interveners above referred to in the title to this cause. The interveners seek to have certain bonds (20 in number) of tlie defendant corporation allowed out of the proceeds to be derived from tlie sale in the foreclosure proceedings now pending in this suit.
