Menezippe Perron, now deceased, was president of the Wolverine Delta Motor Company prior to 1922. On October 31st of that year, he became indorser with other parties on a note drawn by Marcel LaFleur, for the benefit of the company, in the amount of $15,000, payable to defendant bank. On December 31, 1925, the motor company, through its officers, executed a promissory note to the same bank for a like amount, upon which Perron was likewise one of the indorsers.
