Mr. Justice Kephart,

Margaret Heffner, appellant, and her husband, A. M. Heffner, appear as co-makers on a promissory note for $2,000, dated December 2, 1929, payable to the First National Bank of Huntingdon, appellee herein. The pertinent provisions thereof read as follows:

“$2,000 Huntingdon, Pa., December 2, 1929.
“Ninety one days after date, for Value Received, I promise to pay to the order of First National Bank, Huntingdon, Pa., Two Thousand and °%oo Dollars, having deposited as collateral security for payment of this or any other liability or liabilities to said holder thereof…
