Affirming.
At its regular 1934 session the General Assembly of this commonwealth enacted chapter 65, page 197, of the Session Acts of that year, and which is now sections 4363-1 to and including section 4527-80 in Baldwin’s 1934 Supplement to Carroll’s 1930 edition of the Kentucky Statutes. The act is divided into eleven separate articles, each of which is sectionized, beginning with 1, and some of the sections in some of the articles are themselves subdivided alphabetically.
