Plaintiffs Cargill Incorporated, Cargill International S.A., Andre and Cié S.A., Frahuil S.A., VandeMoortele,1 Paksoy Ticaret Ve Sa-nayia A.S., Madra Akin Yagcilik ve Saboncu-luk A.S. and Contimpex S.A. (collectively, “plaintiffs”) bring the instant maritime action to recover monetary damages of $2.35 million.
