DECISION AND ORDER

LARIMER, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Debra Gilmore, commenced this action against her former employer, the University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital Division (“the University”), and several individual defendants, alleging that she was unlawfully terminated from her employment at Strong Memorial Hospital (“Strong”) on the basis of her race and disability. Plaintiff also alleges that the University unlawfully denied her unpaid leave so that she could seek certain medical care.
