— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Lombardo, J.), rendered November 5, 1980, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. During the early morning hours of January 6, 1980, Police Officer Joseph Brooks and his partner, Sergeant Steven King, were stopped while on radio motor patrol in the vicinity of 2318 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn and informed by a man named Jerome Franklin *753that he had just been threatened by a man with a gun.
