Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of involuntary manslaughter, MCL 750.321; MSA 28.553, and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (ouil) causing death, MCL 257.625(4); MSA 9.2325(4). The trial court sentenced defendant to imprisonment for five to fifteen years for each conviction, with the sentences to run concurrently. Defendant appeals as of right. We affirm.
