Petitioner Michael Markowski, pro se, petitions for judicial review pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 78y(a)(l) of an order of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) sustaining disciplinary action taken against him by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (“NASD”). These disciplinary proceedings arose from a series of confrontations in March and April 1991, between staff of the NASD and the representatives of Global America Inc.
