Duff & Phelps Securities LLC (“DPS”) served as a court authorized financial ad-visor to the Debtors during the Chapter 11 phase of the above-captioned bankruptcy cases. Upon completion of their services, DPS sought and were granted final compensation of $150,000 for their financial advisory services and reimbursement of expenses totaling $4,577.16.
