Introduction
Both the United States Trustee (“UST”) and the chapter 111 debtor, Walker Land & Cattle, LLC (“Debtor”), have objected to the Final Application for Professional Compensation (“Final Application”) filed in this case by aeeountant/auditor Judith K. Brower (“Brower”).2 Dkt. Nos. 748, 762, 764.
