MEMORANDUM DECISION
ROBERT D. MARTIN, Chief Judge.
West Johnson Corporation continued to operate its restaurant business after filing a chapter 11 petition on April 17, 1986. The case was converted to chapter 7 on December 15, 1986. After conversion the debtor filed with the court the required updated schedules and mailing matrix. Madison Gas & Electric (hereafter “MG & E”) was listed on both schedule A-3 and the mailing matrix.
