Henry S. Zembko, III (“the debtor”), then aged about 29 and represented by prior counsel, filed a “no asset” Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition on December 26, 2001. Following the debtor’s examination by the Chapter 7 trustee at the § 341 meeting of creditors, the Chapter 7 trustee filed a “report of no distribution.” The court, on April 16, 2002, granted the debtor an uncontested discharge and, on May 8, 2002, closed the case.
