Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the circuit court of Kankakee County which awarded her $88 of her $200 security deposit. There are three issues presented for review: (1) whether the trial court’s judgment was against the manifest weight of the evidence; (2) whether the plaintiff was entitled to punitive damages and attorney fees under section 1 of “An Act in relation to security deposits ***” (Ill.
