Hunt Drainage District v. Cole

Appellee, the Hunt Drainage District, was organized in the county court of Hancock county in 1879 under the act providing for the construction, reparation and protection of drains, ditches and levees across the lands of others for agricultural and sanitary purposes. The district embraces 15,600 acres of land in that county. Appellant, W. Cole, is the owner of 20 acres of land in this district.
