Comes now before the Court the Motion of Carolyn Sue Buffington for Relief from Automatic Stay pursuant to regular setting in Beaumont, Texas. Also before the Court for consideration is the Motion of J.R. Buffing-ton to Avoid Judicial Lien Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(f). The parties agree that the identity of legal issues present in both motions requires that these motions be considered together.
