John Filush (“Filush”) brought this lawsuit against the Town of Weston (“the Town”) alleging two claims under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. § 12132 (“ADA”), and Section 504 of the Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794, (“Section 504 ”).
