In this putative class action alleging violations of Sections 11, 12(a)(5), and 15 of the Securities Act of 1933 (the “'33 Act”), Plaintiffs assert claims for alleged material misstatements in the registration statement and other filings made in conjunction with the initial public offering of defendant, General Motors Company (“GM”).
