This cause is before the court on the motion of defendants Kathy Furlo, Jennie T. Valdes and VFB, Inc. to set aside final judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 59 and/or 60, and to dismiss the case for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. There is also pending before the court a motion by plaintiff U-Save Auto Rental of America, Inc.
