This is a bill in equity brought by the successor trustee of the trust estate of Samuel H. Dowsett, deceased, for instructions as to the disposition of certain assets as between the life beneficiary and the remainderman who are respectively the widow and daughter of the settlor, Samuel H. Dowsett, deceased. The assets under controversy in the hands of the trustee at the time the bill was filed consist of cash in the sum of $3,497.74 and 383 shares of capital stock in The Dowsett Company, Limited, a Hawaiian corporation, which were respectively- received and…
