This adversary proceeding is before the Court on the motion to dismiss filed by Defendant Deborah Taylor, the Debtor in the underlying Chapter 7 case. (Doc. 9). The Plaintiffs seek a determination that debts in the amount of roughly $2 million allegedly owed by the Defendant are non-dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A), (a)(2)(B), and (a)(4).
