MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
MORAN, Senior District Judge.
Plaintiff Trading Technologies International, Inc. (“TT”) brought this suit against defendants eSpeed, Inc., eSpeed International, Ltd., Ecco LLC, and EccoWare, Ltd. (collectively “eSpeed”), alleging infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 6,766,304 ('304) and 6,882,132 ('132). Both patents, similar in scope and language, relate to computer software used for electronic trading in the futures market.
