This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court affirming a judgment of the County Court of Allegheny County against the defendant company for its liability for fifty per cent of an award of compensation for the claimant’s total disability due to silicosis. The Commonwealth, responsible for the other fifty per cent of the award, did not appeal. We allowed the instant appeal because of the possible presence of a constitutional question as suggested by the petitioning appellant’s representation that “The decision of the Superior Court impairs the obligation…
