Background
Plaintiffs are suing for injuries sustained by Ms. Cimino while a spectator at the Harvard-Yale football game at the Yale Bowl on November 19, 1983. Ms. Cimino was seriously injured when she was struck by a goalpost which was being pulled down at the conclusion of the game.
