YOUNG, Justice.

Basis of suit is claim of total and permanent disability under Workmen’s Compensation Act, Vernon’s Ann.Civ.St. art. 8306 et seq. Of fourteen issues.submitted to the jury, only three were answered. Issue 1 inquired as to whether plaintiff sustained personal injuries on or about July 25, 1947, to which the jury answered “No”; and, under the charge, no further consideration of issues was required.
