Affirming.

In the year 1919 a citizens’ meeting was held at Central City to secure the location in Muhlenberg county of an important public highway, and to this end a committee was appointed to cooperate with the fiscal court in semiring the road, the purpose being to get up subscriptions to aid the fiscal court in raising the money necessary for this purpose.
