OPINION

ECKERSTROM, Chief Judge:

¶ 1 Appellant Pauline Sotomayor-Mufioz (Muñoz) appeals from the trial court’s judgment and denial of her motion to set aside the judgment in this eviction action. Because we conclude this court lacks jurisdiction, we dismiss the appeal.
