ANDERSON, J.

¶ 1. Thomas A. Drexler appeals from a circuit court judgment convicting him of operating while intoxicated, fourth offense, contrary to Wis. Stat. § 346.63(l)(a) (2001-02). Drexler argues that the trial court, which adjudicated his second operating while intoxicated conviction, failed to advise him that he had the right to counsel appointed by the court and paid for by the county, even though he did not qualify for counsel provided by the state public defender.
