Appellant was convicted of burglary of a habitation and a jury assessed punishment at fifty years in prison. The conviction was affirmed by the El Paso Court of Appeals in an unpublished opinion. White v. State, No. 08-84-00348-CR (Tex.App.—El Paso, 1985).
