—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, the plaintiffs appeal, as limited *427by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Newmark, J.), dated June 23, 1995, as granted the motion of the defendant Jerrold Gorelick for summary judgment dismissing the complaint as against him individually.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
