*427 ¶1 The petitioner, Maple Grove Country Club, Inc., seeks review of an unpublished, per curiam decision of the court of appeals affirming the circuit court's order that dismissed the Country Club's inverse condemnation claim *428 against Maple Grove Estates Sanitary District. The Country Club asserts that the court of appeals erred in upholding the dismissal based on its noncompliance with Wis.
