This cause has been considered by this Court upon two former appeals, reported in 194 N.C. 698, and 195 N.C. 612, in which the facts are set out.
After the last appeal L. H. Cutler and E. W. Wadsworth, executors of the estate of Sarah E. Wadsworth, filed an account of said estate, covering a period from 1 December, 1927, to 5 June, 1928. Exceptions were filed to the account by the receiver and the judgment creditor. The clerk of the Superior Court heard the exceptions and rendered a judgment.
