JOPLIN, Judge:

Defendant/Appellant Carlos Brannon, individually and d/b/a Paradise Sport Parachute Center (Brannon, Paradise or collectively, Appellant), seeks review of the trial court’s order granting judgment on jury verdict against Paradise and for Plaintiff/Appellee Clark Manning in Manning’s action to recover damages after suffering injury in a parachute jump. In this appeal, Paradise asserts — inter alia — error by the trial court in' overruling Appellant’s demurrer to the evidence and, by extension, denying Appellant’s motion for directed verdict and motion for judgment notwithstanding…
