This matter comes before the court on the first and also the final account of Albert M. Greenfield, receiver for the above-named defendants collectively, known as the “Producers and Consumers Bank.” Numerous petitions and claims have been filed, which, if allowed, will necessitate changes in the accounts as filed. Several hearings were had upon the said petitions and claims, at which testimony was given on behalf of the claimants as well as on behalf of the receiver.
