Additional Counterclaim Defendants Elizabeth Davison, Gail Sanchez and Jill K. Hoiles move to dismiss the claims against them brought by Defendant Joseph Alioto (Dkt.# 82-1). Elizabeth Davi-son is the former wife of Plaintiff Timothy Hoiles. Gail Sanchez and Jill K. Hoiles are their daughters.
