Robert Kuhlenberg (“movant”) appeals the judgment of the motion court denying his motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Missouri Supreme Court Rule 29.15. A jury convicted movant on two counts of forcible rape pursuant to section 556.080 RSMo 1994 1 \ and movant was sentenced to two consecutive ten-year terms. Mov-ant’s convictions were affirmed on appeal to this court, but the case was remanded to clarify whether movant’s sentences were supposed to run consecutively or concurrently. See State v.
