In 1924, by order of the County Court of Pennington County, Rasmus C. Storsteen was appointed executor of the estate of Eberhart Johnson, deceased. It appears that no proper notice of the hearing of the petition for the appointment of the executor was given. However, the appointment was made and Mr. Storsteen qualified by furnishing a bond with the Western Surety Co. as surety. Thereafter he proceeded to administer the estate, with the help of Mr. C.A.
