LITTLE, District Judge:
Golden Rule Insurance Company (“Golden Rule”) appeals the district court’s ruling invalidating its policy’s “rider” under Louisiana Revised Statutes § 22:668. Golden Rule also appeals the award of penalties and attorney fees under Louisiana Revised Statutes § 22:657(A). Finally, Golden Rule appeals the district court’s findings precluding a finding that Reggie Nolan (“Nolan”) engaged in fraudulent activity that would have justified canceling the policy.
