DENNIS, Circuit Judge:

Appellant Century Marine, Inc. (“Century”), appeals the district court’s dismissal of its claims for additional compensation under a fixed-price vessel repair contract with the Maritime Administration of the United States Department of Transportation (“MARAD”). MARAD terminated the contract because of Century’s default in failing to complete the work within the time specified by the contract.
