The Pittsburgh,' Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railway Company filed its petition in the superior court of Cook county against the South Park Commissioners and the individuals comprising the same, for a writ of mandamus to compel the defendants to grant to the relator a permit to construct an additional railroad track across Garfield boulevard.
