1Per curiam
The defendant appeals from a judgment rendered after a trial convicting him of the crime of robbery in the first degree. He is presently serving a sentence of not less than ten years nor more than eleven years.
The defendant is not represented by counsel and the District Attorney with commendable fairness has directed our attention to a problem arising from the fact that a portion of the verbatim testimony is missing. The Code of Criminal Procedure requires the judgment roll on appeal to include an accurate transcript of “ the stenographic minutes of the entire proceedings of the trial ”.…
