This matter is before the Court on the Motion for Summary Judgment and Supporting Brief [Docket No. 43] filed by defendant American Family Mutual Insurance Company (“American Family”). Plaintiffs Tammie Hinely and Jesus Sanchez filed this action on March 12, 2015, alleging two claims: (1) violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., for failure to pay plaintiffs all of their time worked, including overtime, Docket No. 1 at 8, and (2) unjust enrichment.
